3. You agree to comply with all safety instructions provided during the event and to use the provided safety gear as directed.

4. You understand that by participating in the event, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and content created by eBee. This may include but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, and other marketing platforms.
