Heads Up!
- Repairs currently by appointment only at our Kilimani office.
- Book online, then drop off your bike before 9am on the day of your booking.
- Same-day repairs (unless communicated otherwise) are possible if your bike is dropped off before 9am for pick-up by 5pm.
- Need to reschedule? No problem, just cancel or reschedule with a 1 hour notice.
- Otherwise, plan to pick up your bike within 24 hours.
