• Book online, then drop off your bike before 9am on the day of your booking.
• Same-day repairs (unless communicated otherwise) are possible if your bike is dropped off before 9am for pick-up by 5pm.
• Need to reschedule? No problem, just cancel or reschedule with a 1 hour notice.
• Otherwise, plan to pick up your bike within 24 hours.
