- Book online, then drop off your bike at your appointment time.
- Need to reschedule? No problem, just cancel or reschedule with a 1 hour notice.
- Same-day repairs are possible if your bike is dropped off before 9am for pick-up by 5pm.
- Otherwise, plan to pick up your bike within 24 hours.
