Role Overview

The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Lead in executing day-to-day marketing activities. From designing engaging content to helping us tell eBee’s story across multiple channels, this role is perfect for someone who’s creative, resourceful, and passionate about renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating content for social media, email, and other platforms.

• Assist the marketing Lead with managing our social media platforms.

• Design basic marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe creative suit.

• Support in developing motion graphics and short video content.

• Help plan, organize, and execute campaigns, events, and activations.

• Conduct market research to keep up with industry and competitor trends.

Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Canva and basic motion graphics tools.

• Strong content creation skills (copywriting, visuals, short-form video).

• Familiarity in event planning and setup

• A positive and proactive mindset, with strong teamwork skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.

• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.

• A fun, engaging personality that fits well in a fast-paced, creative team.
