eBee is a pan-African e-mobility company transforming urban transportation by offering electric bicycles as a clean, affordable, and convenient alternative for commuting and delivery services. Our customers include individual buyers, rental users, fleet operators, and last-mile delivery partners.
Role Overview
As a Sales representative at eBee Mobility Kenya Ltd, your primary role is to drive the adoption of our electric bicycles among corporate clients and individuals. You’ll be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, product demos, after-sales support, and consistent CRM reporting. Your performance will directly impact our mission to revolutionize urban mobility in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve or surpass monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Book high-potential sales meetings and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
- Promote our products and services in key sectors such as logistics, hospitality, and agriculture.
- Plan and execute activations at strategic locations or events to reach target customers.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Oversee client onboarding and monitor installment follow-ups.
- Provide timely solutions to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent service.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain and achieve the required client retention targets.
3. Product Knowledge and Promotion
- Stay informed on product updates, financing options, and customer pain points.
- Provide feedback to management for continuous product and sales pitch improvement.
4. Reporting and CRM
- Update CRM system daily with accurate and timely data.
- Submit weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager.
- Track and record demo outcomes, deals closed, and payment status.
- Update and maintain the event calendar with suitable events coming up.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, preferably in logistics, delivery, or technology services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-driven and target-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and present solutions effectively to clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and traveling for client meetings or activations.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
